It is pretty obvious really but the 140 character limit of Twitter hardly lends itself to nuanced discussion. And the bit of Professional Services that won't get monstered by A.I. in the next couple of decades - the bit that everyone needs to get into as quick as possible - is all about nuanced discussion & argument.
Marc Andreessen, of Netscape fame, is noted for his use of the 'Twitterstorm'. He writes 10 or so Tweets on a topic and then peels off into multi-stream discussions. It works brilliantly for him but, although it is 'sort of' B2B, he is about as close to Tech Deity as you get.
Social media reward starkness, not subtlety. Ms Le Pen’s tweeting “Bye Bye Schengen” in September was shared 600 times. By contrast, a message from Donald Tusk, the president of the European Council, calling for more co-ordination between Europe’s home and foreign policies went largely unnoticed.
