So here's an interesting first post on a content-sharing tool which is very much a product of the digital era. My experience from within professional services has been that we know we need to create a 'digital culture', but we're not really sure how to do it. After all, it's not like many of us work for fast-moving digital start-ups - it feels more like we are trying to turn the Queen Mary!
